Standard turnaround time is 4 weeks (up to 5 weeks during peak periods).
Expedited service is available for an additional fee.
TERMS
Payment Policy:
Full payment is required upfront.
All payments are non-refundable.
Subjectivity of Design:
Design is subjective, and there is no guarantee you will love your initial designs.
Revisions can be made at extra cost, but refunds will not be provided if the designs do not meet your personal preference.
Usage Rights:
Bear Roach reserves the right to use any work created to market the Bear Roach brand.
Design Style:
All logo options will be created in the style currently advertised.
Requests for different styles cannot be fulfilled at this price point.
Deliverables:
The $399 CAD fee covers a page of logo options created custom to your request. This payment allows you to select one logo from the options I create for you.
If you wish to own the entire set of options, it is available for an additional $150 CAD.
