Scope of Work / Deliverables
1. Custom Instagram Reel (20–50 seconds)
• Multi-shot production with voiceover
• Edited with branded elements and music
• Includes footage of me creating a custom PSB mascot logo and pattern
• Approval stage included: I will provide a basic idea/script for the reel + a rough mascot sketch/pattern concept for approval before proceeding
2. Custom PSB ALPHA iQ Mascot Logo
• Mascot created on-camera in the reel
• Delivered as final digital design files (PNG, PDF, vector upon request)
3. Custom PSB Pattern
• A repeatable pattern built using the mascot/logo elements
• Delivered as high-resolution files (PNG, PDF, vector upon request)
• Pattern may incorporate: (Paul’s head, speaker, headphones, speaker driver, speaker cables, violin, vinyl record, coffee cup, music notes, Canadian nature)
4. Revisions
• 1 round of revisions included (covers both the video and all design assets)
5. Final Deliverables
• Instagram Reel posted on my feed (8,000 followers)
• Supporting Story posts
• Mascot logo file delivery
• Pattern file delivery
Timeline
• Turnaround: 5–6 weeks from the date all assets/products are received (Christmas Holidays impacting turnaround)
• Revisions: within 3 business days of client feedback
• Final posting date: aligned with campaign needs and confirmed with your team
Usage Rights
PSB Speakers may repost the content and use the mascot logo and pattern across:
• Official social media
• Website
• Marketing materials
(Does not include physical product packaging or resale applications unless negotiated separately.)
Fees
Total Fee: $1,300 CAD
Includes full content production, editing, posting, mascot illustration, pattern design, approvals, and usage rights.
Payment Terms
• 60% deposit required to begin work
• 40% balance due upon delivery of final approved content
